Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the OptionsEdge mobile application ("the App") provided by Acelera Holdings ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

OptionsEdge is an options strategy analysis tool that evaluates publicly available market data to score and rank options trading strategies. The App fetches real-time stock prices, options chains, and historical data from third-party financial data providers and performs all computations locally on your device.

Subscriptions and Billing

The App offers a free tier with limited daily lookups and an optional paid subscription ("OptionsEdge Pro") that unlocks unlimited lookups and additional features.

• OptionsEdge Pro Monthly: $9.99 per month
• OptionsEdge Pro Annual: $79.99 per year (equivalent to $6.67/month)

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device after purchase.

Free trial eligibility is determined at the time of app installation. The trial period provides increased daily lookups for a limited time, after which the free tier daily limit applies unless you subscribe to OptionsEdge Pro.

Not Financial Advice

The App is an informational and educational tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. The strategy scores, rankings, probability estimates, P&L projections, Greeks calculations, and all other outputs are based on mathematical models and publicly available data, and are provided for informational purposes only.

Options trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance and model-based projections do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any gains or losses that result from them.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, calculations, or analysis produced by the App.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acelera Holdings and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and software, are the exclusive property of Acelera Holdings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its data sources
• Use automated means to access data through the App beyond normal individual use
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App's analysis outputs without our consent

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party financial data providers for market data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of service of these third-party providers. Changes in third-party data availability may affect the App's functionality.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
